Guitar Lessons Reviewed: Jamorama

Jamorama is a downloadable guitar training course. When you order, you are presented with a link to download the materials to your computer. Nothing is shipped to you. Many guitar lesson products are now available in this format as it is inexpensive to produce. Jamorama is the best of the e-course lessons.

Jamorama consists of several short lessons. The lessons are categorized by beginner and advanced. Each lesson has a short video accompanied by jam tracks and annotation in tabulature style.

Instruction in this product is adequate but lacks explanation of music theory or how to read music notes. Our reviewers felt that overall the lessons seemed a bit homemade and amateurish. It does not have the high-budget look and feel of other products we have reviewed. 

Customer service can be obtained only by filling out and submitting an online form. No telephone service is provided.

Jamorama lacks the comprehensive instruction and professional quality of some of the other training courses but for a budget-conscious beginning player, it's not a bad place to start.
